natural. Before Christ the barrier between Jew and Gentile was
intense.. Some prohibitions were by law. The breaking
down of the barrier between Jew and Gentile was the result of Jesus
coming to earth.
Acts 10 we read of Peter's vision and how it was meant to show Peter
that God does not show favoritism. Prior to this Gentiles were
sometimes thought of as dogs or sub-human. Additionally, the
