The Glory of the Lord

Exodus 24:1-18, John 1:9-34, Hebrews 4:14-16

The Glory of the Lord can be an extra ordinary event such the burning bush that was not consumed or the time when Moses went up the mountain and received the Ten Commandments on a tablet of stone.  At other times we see the Glory of the Lord all around us in the beauty of creation.

We also see it in acts of kindness that are a reminder of the good in man that was present at creation.  Although we would like to physically see the Glory of the Lord as described in Exodus with Moses,  it is often a sense of the presences of the Lord at times of worship and devotions.
